TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products offered by Polly Pollock trading as Neuropreneur Rising ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PRODUCTS COVERED
These Terms apply to all digital products offered by Neuropreneur Rising, including but not limited to:
Algorithm-Proof VIP Podcast Series
The Neuro-Friendly Content Kit
Any other downloadable or accessible digital resources, trainings, or materials
Please note: The Neuro-Friendly Sales Accelerator (NFSA) program has separate Terms and Conditions.

2. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
2.1 All prices are stated in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Payment must be received in full before access to digital products is granted.
2.3 By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. DELIVERY AND ACCESS
3.1 Access details for your purchased digital product(s) will be delivered via email immediately upon successful payment.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided at checkout is accurate and that you can receive emails from us.
3.3 If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at polly@neuropreneurrising.com
3.4 It is your responsibility to download, save, or access your purchased products. We are not responsible for loss of access due to technical issues on your end, including but not limited to email deletions, spam filters, or device failures.

4. NO REFUNDS POLICY
4.1 All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access details have been delivered to your email.
4.2 By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no refunds policy.
4.3 We encourage you to review all available information about a product (including free previews, samples, or descriptions) before making a purchase decision.

5. PERMITTED USE AND LICENSE
5.1 Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital product(s) for your personal use only.
5.2 You may NOT:
Share, distribute, or resell the digital product(s) in any format
Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the content for distribution to others
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the materials
Use the content for commercial purposes beyond your own business operations
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Share login credentials or access links with anyone else
5.3 All content remains the intellectual property of Polly Pollock/Neuropreneur Rising and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
5.4 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our digital products may result in legal action and termination of your access without refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All digital products, including but not limited to text, audio, graphics, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Polly Pollock/Neuropreneur Rising.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
7.1 Digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 While we strive to ensure all content is accurate and valuable, we make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from using our digital products.
7.3 You acknowledge that your success depends on multiple factors including but not limited to your own effort, business circumstances, and market conditions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polly Pollock/Neuropreneur Rising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our digital products.
8.2 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific digital product in question.

9. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
9.1 We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any digital product at any time without notice.
9.2 If you have purchased lifetime access to a product, you will continue to have access to the version available at the time of purchase, plus any updates we choose to add at our discretion.
9.3 We are not obligated to provide updates or new content unless specifically stated in the product description.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
10.1 We collect and process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By purchasing a digital product, you consent to us storing your email address and purchase information for the purposes of delivering your product and communicating with you about your purchase.

11. TERMINATION
11.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to digital products if we believe you have violated these Terms.
11.2 Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

13.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
13.3 Your continued use of our digital products after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
13.4 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that specific transaction.
